I will gladly see clients in person in my office, or by telehealth if that is their choice.  It is wise to email or text me first before filing out the form on the website, to make sure I can get you in as soon as you need, or to make sure I am set up with your insurance.....  After scheduling our first appointment you can click on the "First Appointment Packet" icon below to complete the forms if our first appointment is telehealth, otherwise you can fill out a quick one page form when you get to the office, (this is my preference unless your first appointment is telehealth),  You can also view the form ahead of time if you wish to learn about client rights and confidentiality, and practice guidelines.

OFFICE LOCATION
The office is conveniently located right off the H-3, making a quick commute from West Oahu much easier than traveling to and parking in Honolulu.  Just get off at exit 14 (Kailua), and it is a straight shot about 1.5 miles down the road.  The building has free parking in the shady underground garage.
